We were there at the 2pm christo experience on 4/8/25. There was a 2.5 hour delay between that time and when we actually went up due to an issue with the elevator. We were told we had to either wait or refund our tickets. They would not honor the same ticket for a different time. This was frustrating because we had already had to refund the tickets 2 days previously due to the rain. Would be better if you could honor existing tickets. The view was gorgeous but the process was not pleasant.
Stunning visit and so smooth and efficient
On the way back, as well as waiting 1 hour to be allocated a return van, they put us in the wrong van, we were supposed to go to the Copacabana stop and we went to Flamengo. The driver and staff were very rude.

We suppose to ride a train, when we came to tha train station they said we can't ride because our ticket is for the van only. So we missed the van. I get new ticket again in the train station
I have problem to came back to town. Wait over 90 minutes for van. 2 or 3 vans go in town and at the end operators was very rude and almost have incident. At the end i call taxi becouse they have their own lists for guests for ride back to town. Guide wasn t there. Just leave us under statue and get lost.
Your app pointed to the wrong pick up point
We arrived at the pick up point and no one showed up to pick us up We reached 3:30 while the pick up time was 4 pm
Very disappointed! Bought tickets for 3:30 pm but reached the statue at 7:30 pm where everything was just dark!
I bought the tickets by mistake

We had a beautiful day at the statue with clear views of the city all around. The process was very smooth overall going up and coming back down.
Experience was great and train to statue was seamless. However when I showed my digital ticket they mentioned that it didn't work on their system but gave me the ticket in any case. No issues in the end Thx
Increadible to see such a massive structure. Access to the train is complicated. There are no signs indicating which line you have to use if you have tickets. There is a hoard of people with white tee shirts at the entrance that give tourists the wrong infomation.
Attentive staff, excellent signage and cleanliness, wonderful location

Nice and smooth Ticketing. No waiting time even though the Crowds were big .
Despite buying skip the line tickets and having that title clearly printed on my receipt, I was told that skip the line tickets can only be purchased through tripadvisor. I was given tickets and allowed to proceed, but my tour guide of 12 with 12 years of experience had significant discussion with the ticket office on site before we were able to proceed. I think it is also extremely important that guests be informed that the trip down is first come first serve only. We scheduled this tour in the afternoon on the day of our International departure. Coincidentally it was the day before easter. Lots of people wanting to see Jesus if you know what I mean. The line to exit was 90 to 120 minutes. After serious bribing we were able to cut the line but we might have missed our international flight without doing this. Skip the line is going up the mountain only. Wait your turn to get down. And there's only one way down!
